ORIT may be active in more than 30 countries, but behind the brand is a compact team. Klaas, Rick and Emma handle just about everything that happens at ORIT every day, from new products and purchasing to sales, orders and phone enquiries.
They do not do it entirely on their own. ORIT is part of the Talen 4G Group. This means we can rely on colleagues and specialists within the group for areas such as logistics, administration and marketing. This keeps ORIT small and personal while giving us the capabilities of a larger organisation.
As Business Unit Manager, Klaas is involved in almost everything that moves the ORIT brand forward. He manages purchasing, works on new products and ensures that the product range continues to grow and improve.
Together with Rick and our marketing agency, he also works on ORIT’s marketing. Klaas maintains contact with customers outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, giving him direct insight into different markets – valuable information when developing new products.
Rick is responsible for sales in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, so you will regularly find him visiting our customers. He meets existing partners for a good conversation – and hopefully a nice order – and is equally happy to visit new customers to see what ORIT can do for them.
When he is not on the road, there is plenty to do, from quotations and price lists to improving the information on our website. When needed, he also helps the internal sales team. Good business is great, but what Rick enjoys most is working with customers who value ORIT.

Emma is our all-rounder in the office and the person Klaas and Rick can always rely on. She processes orders, coordinates with logistics and administration and, above all, makes sure things get done.

Emma also works for several companies within the Talen 4G Group, making her an important link between ORIT and the rest of the organisation.
